Update record: Anzac Officers Died at Gallipoli

This page tracks alterations to the site.
Site created 6th November 1997

Date last updated: 18 November 2000

Updates and Information:

Due to a major hard disk crash at my Internet Service Provider (ISP), the site was reverted (by them) to a cached nine-month-old version for approximately a week. This caused a major problem as I had to reinstate the entire site from the original files. As a result, not all of the newly-added individual record pages referred to below are available as yet.
As my ISP refuses to provide me with any more space other than the 5Mb they originally issued when I signed up with them in 1997, I have been forced to temporarily remove the '5th Light Horse Regiment' and 'Anzac units at Gallipoli' sections of the site.
I will be looking to relocate the site in the near future and will reinstate these at that time.

Major alterations: Number of index pages doubled (from four to eight), in order to allow faster loading.
Six 'new' names added to the list of officers.

Reference Page split into two for faster loading. Separate pages for 'Books' and 'All others'.
All data completely re-entered into index pages in a slightly different format containing more information per record summary.
The following individual record pages were added
:
Lieutenant A.V. Auchterlonie, AIF
2nd Lieutenant E.M. Burnard, NZEF
Lieutenant F.M. Coffee, AIF
Captain R.C. Crocker, AIF
